TALK DERBY TO ME

You go for the fancy hats and stay for the mint juleps. Whether you’re traveling down to Kentucky or just down the street for a derby themed party, we all know the dress is what matters! We picked some of our favorite dresses for the occasion. The best part? You’ll re-wear all of these all Spring and Summer long for weddings, showers, parties, and more!

When you think Derby Dress, chances are that you think of Lilly Pulitzer. We have tons of Lilly shifts in the most adorable patterns this Spring/ Summer! I thought I’d share one with you that’s a little different from what you’re used to from her. This Donna Romper is a top seller for so many reasons! It comes in so many of the awesome patterns they offer each season.  It looks like a dress, has shorts like a romper, and feels like you’re wearing pajamas! Dress this up for the Derby with heels and fascinator, and then dress it down with Jack Rogers and a jean jacket for a backyard barbeque. Love!

Next up is also a comfy one! Say hello to The Beth Dress. Jude Connally is notorious for her Nylon/ Spandex material that packs great, never wrinkles, and looks and feels amazing. You can bet you’ll be best dressed in this floral print dress. We love it paired with gold accessories – think heels, bracelets, and earrings.

The weather in May is always iffy so we had to include a dress with sleeves! This Tiered Ruffle Sleeve Dress is absolutely stunning. Don’t be fooled by the photos, it’s much more vibrant in person. Prepared to be a show stopper in this one!

This last dress has it all. A ruffle collar, floral print, and the most adorable bow! The color scheme of this Jersey Girlie Girl dress is great on all skin tones and body types. Wear it this weekend for the Derby then again with a cardigan for church! This is one dress you won’t regret.
