RETURN POLICY

All merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 21 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Returned packages shipped after 21 days or without a packing slip will not be accepted.

 If you would like to process an exchange, you may do so by filling out the exchange form on the packing slip included in your order. We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order unless otherwise noted. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will refund your original form of payment.

 Please allow 2 weeks from return shipment date for a return or exchange to be processed.

 Return Policy Exceptions:

 All purchases made of monogrammed, personalized, special-order, and all sale items are final. All swimwear sales are also final, due to health and hygiene concerns. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that The Navy Knot reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

The Navy Knot gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise for a full refund within 21 days of purchase

Returned items must have an original tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order.

Returned orders received at our warehouse without paperwork will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item or items.

Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change.  The Navy Knot is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.  We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
